Our city has been operating with a deficit budget for a number of years. The City Council of Redlands has a responsibility to the citizens of Redlands to have a balanced budget. One of our underutilized revenue sources and one of our most unique cultural resources is the historical downtown core. We need to focus on preserving and enhancing this core. My experience in economic development and small business financing can help get this done.
