Jeff is married to Dianne and has six children, all of whom have been raised in the Inland Empire.
Jeff has owned four businesses ranging from a yogurt store to an economic development consulting company. He has had five major career areas, first as a supervisor of his family’s park, second as a hotel consultant, third as a real estate broker, fourth as an economic development consultant, and finally as a commercial lender.
Jeff has spent over 35 years in the Inland Empire as a small business owner and gives presentations on the history and economic development of the Inland Empire.
Jeff is currently president of Enterprise Funding Corporation, an SBA Certified Development Corporation headquartered in Redlands, that provides commercial lending for retail, industrial, and service industry businesses looking to expand or relocate into the Inland Empire.
Enterprise Funding, which began in 1983, is a non-profit corporation that gives its surplus revenues back to the community in grants and donations primarily to assist economic development and small business entrepreneurship.
Enterprise Funding has over a $71 million dollar loan portfolio and has authorized over $500 million dollars in projects to small businesses in the Inland Empire. Enterprise Funding has created or retained over 8,500 jobs in the Inland Empire. Jeff was on the founding Board in 1983 and had been Chairman of the Board prior to taking over as President in March of 2000.
In the 1980’s Jeff was active in Rancho Cucamonga where he was Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Chairman of the General Plan committee, and a planning commissioner.
Jeff has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years, and managed residential and commercial real estate offices, all in the Inland Empire.
